CREDIT CARD ORDERS ONLY: We accept VISA, MASTER CARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS. All orders will be taken over the internet. PAYMENT DATE: Your credit card account will be debited when your order is to shipped.

CREDIT CARD PROTECTION: For your protection; we have a Certificate of Credit Card Privacy from VeriSign.

MAIL LIST POLICY: Your personal information will remain confidential.

GUARANTEE: If you are not satisfied with any item; return it to us, within 90 days of purchase, for an exchange or refund of purchase price.

CANCELLATION POLICY: You may cancel up until time of shipping. If package is refused; shipping and handling costs will not be refunded. The purchase price will be applied to your credit card.

SHIPPING: Please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery. Delivery will be either through UPS or a competitor. Shipping and Handling charges are quoted at time of purchase. (We ship orders toAlaska and Hawaii via airmail.)

INTERNATIONAL: Any applicable taxes or duty charges are paid by the recipient of the package.

RETURNS POLICY:

Merchandise purchased through our online catalog can be returned or exchanged.
IMPORTANT: Purchases made from an authorized dealer can only be returned or exchanged at their location. Please inquire, at time of purchase, about their return or exchange policy.
Follow the return or exchange guidelines on the enclosed packing list.
GIFT/RETURNS: Gifts may be exchanged. Returns will have to be credited to original purchaser's Credit Card.

XXL sizes will be offered in the future.
Gift Certificates will be available in the future.

GARMENT COLOR:

Color shading can occur due to our denim washing procedure.
Our silk screening process may leave a noticeable impression on our fabrics. This impression will disappear after laundering.
